CEO of Allied Domecq Quick Service Restaurants Discusses Leadership and the Qualities Needed for Changing Markets

Lake Buena Vista, Fla. (September 17, 2003) -- Jon L. Luther, Chief Executive Officer of Allied Domecq Quick Service Restaurants, which franchises over 11,000 Dunkin' Donuts, Baskin-Robbins and Togo's stores worldwide, shared his thoughts on the leadership required to guide companies through changing business environments.

Speaking before the Neighborhood Marketing War College, a conference where attendees learn from high-ranking foodservice marketing executives, Luther offered this advice, "Don't be deterred from a great idea -- even when it gets lonely. Leaders will be champions of great ideas, rather than hiding behind history. Take a chance, take a risk. If you fail, there will always be another opportunity."

The conference was held in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The speech, entitled "Passion To Go," is available by contacting Ted Lansdale at ADQSR Global Communications at tlansdale@adrus.com or 781-961-4020 x2143.
