When you hear the words Cinco de Mayo, what are the first three things that come to mind? For me, it’s celebration, friends and tacos. With the holiday right around the corner, I have Mexican food on my mind, so what better meal to celebrate with than an authentic Mexican dish with a Dunkin’ twist? Obviously, I’m talking about tacos, and I’ve created an awesome taco made with Dark Roast Coffee rubbed steak. They’re festive, flavorful and super easy to make!

My favorite thing about tacos is they’re completely customizable. You can make these tacos with steak, chicken or shrimp, and top them off with anything you please. A great way to take your tacos to the next level is to set up a taco bar complete with an array of toppings such as pico de gallo, lettuce, guacamole, jalapenos and more! Round out your taco bar with some Dark Roast Iced Coffee and you’re ready to go. Your friends will be so impressed, they’ll be asking you to host the Cinco de Mayo party every year!
