Here in the Dunkin’ Test Kitchen, it all starts with our guests. Our team works together to listen to consumers and track the next big trends in the food and beverage industry. Right now, brightly-colored, layered beverages and galaxy-inspired food are everywhere. That’s what inspired us to begin creating the Cosmic COOLATTA flavors and our new Shooting Star Donut.
Our Culinary Innovation team experimented with all kinds of COOLATTA flavors, bringing together classic favorites like Blue Raspberry with fun, new flavors such as Grape. The result was out-of-this-world. Our Cosmic Grape COOLATTA featuring new Grape flavored COOLATTA topped with Blue Raspberry. With Grape, you can’t help but think of summertime carnivals, and the fun, sweet flavor pairs perfectly with Blue Raspberry.
If you prefer a fruity, refreshing frozen beverage reminiscent of the beach, we are also bringing back the Cosmic Pineapple COOLATTA and Cosmic Strawberry COOLATTA. Our team of chefs, food scientists and bakers didn’t stop there – our newest donut was also inspired by the cosmos. The Shooting Star Donut is a special star-shaped sweet treat featuring white icing topped with blue raspberry flavored popping candy clusters in blue, purple and yellow for a flavor blast with each bite.
