Mother’s Day is this weekend and sons and daughters everywhere are looking for ways to show their Mom how much they care. Whether it’s breakfast in bed, flowers or a card, Mother’s Day is a great time to get creative and give mom a gift that’s perfect just for her. To help get your creative juices flowing, we worked with Chef Molly to create a recipe using our new Blueberry Cobbler Croissant Donut to make a tasty pie, perfect for breakfast in bed or and afternoon treat.

  • 1 Cup heavy cream
  • 1 Can evaporated milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup sugar
  • 1 Tsp. vanilla
  • 6 Blueberry Cobbler Croissant Donuts

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla, then whisk to combine.
  3. Cut the Blueberry Cobbler Croissant Donuts into one inch cubes and soak the cubes in the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  5. Bake the mixture covered in foil for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for 15 more minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve warm. Enjoy!
