Father’s Day is right around the corner, and we’re excited to help you celebrate with some delicious recipes just for Dad. And what better way to celebrate Dad’s big day than with a barbeque? For a delicious spin on a classic dish, our Culinary Team created the ultimate burger: the Croissant Donut Burger! All you need to do is grill a cheeseburger as usual, but instead of buns, use our sweet and flaky Croissant Donut. Top that off with our Dark Roast Barbeque Sauce and you have the perfect savory and sweet dish. It’s a Dunkin’ take on a summer grilling classic that Dad will love.
Croissant Donut Burger
- 2 lbs Ground beef
- 4 Dunkin’ Donuts Croissant Donuts
- 4 Slices American cheese
Form the ground beef into 6 oz hamburger patties and grill them to the desired temperature. Add slices of American cheese, if desired. Then, slice the Croissant Donut in half and build the burger!
Dark Roast Barbeque Sauce
- 1 Small Dunkin’ Donuts Dark Roast Coffee
- 1 c Ketchup
- 3/4 c Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 2 tbs Ginger
- 2 tbs Molasses
- 2 tbs Coriander
- 2 tbs Cumin
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until the ingredients are completely blended. Add to your Croissant Donut Burger.
