We’re gearing up for Memorial Day here at the DD Mothership and to kick off the warmer season, Chef Molly created three new recipes for (almost) everyone’s favorite dipping companion, guacamole! Inspired by the fresh flavors in our Bacon Guacamole Flatbread, Chef Molly shares a four-ingredient recipe with two variations that you can surprise your guests with. For savory lovers, we have a bacon and blue cheese guacamole and for those looking for something a little sweeter, we have Pineapple Salsa Guacamole.

6 Ripe avocados (smashed)
2 Limes (juice)
1 Tsp salt
2 Tbsp. sour cream (optional)
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mash together to make plain guacamole.
2. Spice up your guac by making these easy variations!
Bacon + Blue Cheese- Add one package of blue cheese crumbles and one package of real bacon bits to your plain guacamole and stir!
Pineapple Salsa - You can make your own pineapple salsa by finely dicing pineapple, onion, garlic, tomatoes and cilantro. You can also just buy some already made and just mix it up with your guacamole recipe above!
