It’s the most exciting year yet for Dunkin’s beloved rewards program, DD Perks®! We celebrated its 5-year anniversary, hit the 10 millionth member milestone, and are now piloting a program in select markets that makes it easier than ever for our loyal guests to earn tasty rewards.
This next phase of DD Perks gives new and existing members the opportunity, for the first time, to earn points using all methods of payment, including their Dunkin’ gift card, credit, debit or cash. Guests can accumulate points with every purchase by scanning their DD Perks loyalty ID QR code in the Dunkin’ Mobile App or a new physical loyalty card, now available at participating Dunkin’ restaurants, before payment.
We’re currently piloting this program at more than 1,000 Dunkin’ restaurants in markets including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Hartford, New Haven, Los Angeles, Syracuse and Nashville. Is your local Dunkin’ a pilot location? Check out an interactive map of participating restaurants below!
Through this test, we look forward to welcoming even more members to DD Perks and better connecting with our most loyal guests. We’ll be evaluating the results of the pilot to determine a potential expansion of the program at additional Dunkin’ restaurants across the country.
