Submitted by Jannine F. from Malden, MA

Ingredients:

• 6 Dunkin’ Glazed Donuts

• 1/3 Cup Sugar

• 1/4 TSP Cinnamon

• Nonstick cooking spray

• 1 Banana, sliced

• 6 Strawberries, hulled and sliced

• 1/2 Cup Chocolate Sauce Topping

• Whipped cream

 Instructions:

1.) Heat a griddle or Panini press* to medium-high heat.

2.) Slice the Dunkin’ Glazed Donuts in half, and then cut each slice into four pieces.

3.) Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish.

4.) Press each donut slice, cut side down into the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Working in batches, spray griddle with nonstick cooking spray and place the donut slices on the griddle, sugared side up.

5.) Grill for 60 – 90 seconds or until golden brown on both sides. Remove with tongs or a spatula and allow to cool for 10 minutes (they will crisp upon standing).

6.) When donut “chips” are cool and crisp, arrange on a serving platter and top with the sliced banana and strawberries.

7.) Drizzle with the chocolate sauce topping and place a dollop of whipped cream in the center of the plate. Serve immediately and enjoy with your favorite Dunkin’ Donuts beverage!

*If you don’t have a Panini press, you can use a non-stick frying pan and turning once to brown both sides of the donut chips.

• 1 Cup of Oil

• 1 lb. Boneless Chicken Tenders

• 2 Eggs

• 2 TBSP Milk or Cream

• 2 TSP Hot Sauce (you can use more or less to your preference)

Instructions for Old Fashioned Donut Fried Chicken:

1.) Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan on medium heat.

2.) Mix together the eggs, milk, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Dredge the chicken this mixture, and then dip each piece of chicken in the Dunkin’ old fashioned donut crumbs until completely coated.

3.) In your other frying pan, test the oil with a stray donut crumb. Once it sizzles, fry the chicken for 2-4 minutes on each side or until completely cooked and golden brown.

• 1 TBSP Flour (you can also use leftover donut crumbs)

• 1 Large Dunkin’ Dark® Roast Coffee

• 1-2 TSP of Hot Sauce (to taste)

• 1/8 Cup of Milk or Cream

• Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions for Old Fashioned Donut Fried Chicken:

1.) In a pan, melt butter until it sizzles on medium heat. Add the flour or leftover donut crumbs to make a roux, then slowly pour in the hot sauce and large Dunkin’ Dark® Roast Coffee.

2.) Increase the heat to high so that the coffee mixture comes to a boil, and then reduce heat to low for 10 minutes or until the gravy becomes thick and dark.

3.) Pour the cream into the gravy at the end, mix with salt and pepper to taste and stir. (The gravy should not be too thick).

4.) Serve alongside Old Fashioned Donut Fried Chicken for a dipping sauce. You can even serve in a Dunkin’ cup!

Submitted by Jesse R. from Westport, CT

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 lbs. Brussels Sprouts

• 1 TSP of Dunkin’ Dark® Roast Coffee Grounds

• 2 Cans of Dark Beer or Stout Beer

• 3 TBSP of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

• 2 TSP Sea Salt

• 1/2 TSP Ground Pepper

• 1 Large Vidalia Onion, Diced

• 1/2 Stick of Butter

• 3/4 lbs. Thick Cut Bacon, cut into nickel sized pieces

• 1 oz. Dunkin’ Dark® Roast Coffee, brewed

• 1 oz. Maple Syrup

Instructions:

1.) Cut off the brown ends (roots) of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Mix them in a bowl with  olive oil, salt, pepper and Dunkin’ Dark® Roast Coffee Grounds. Let sit for an hour.

2.) Put the Brussels sprouts into a 1 gallon plastic, ziplock bag and add the dark or stout beer. Place in the refrigerator to marinate. We recommend marinated overnight.

3.) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

4.) Add Dunkin’ Dark® Roast brewed coffee and maple syrup to a small sauté pan. Boil on high heat and reduce down so the liquid thickens up a bit. Set off to the side.

5.) In a separate skillet, melt butter at medium heat. Once melted, add onion and sweat it down until golden. Set off to the side.

6.) Line a 12x17 inch baking sheet (make sure the baking sheet is at least 1/2” deep) with aluminum foil, and add the pieces of cut bacon to the sheet and spread out. Use a basting brush and paint the bacon with the Dunkin’ Dark® Roast and maple syrup mixture.

7.) Place in oven and cook until the bacon crisps up. Pull out of the oven and put the bacon in a bowl, while keeping the baking sheet.

8.) Pull out the bag of Brussels sprouts and drain all the beer. Add the Brussels sprouts and onions to the baking sheet and evenly spread out. Then, sprinkle the bacon pieces across the top.

9.) Add the remaining amount of salt and extra virgin olive oil and mix with a wooden spoon.

10.) Roast the Brussels sprouts for 35-40 minutes, until crisp on the outside. Shake the pan from time-to-time to brown the sprouts evenly.
