On Monday, August 21st, people from across the country will have their eyes to the skies as a total solar eclipse will be visible within a band across the continental United States for the first time since 1918. The eclipse, dubbed the Great American Eclipse, will begin on the Oregon coast just after noon EDT and continue across the country until it reaches the South Carolina coast at about 4:06 pm EDT.
Dunkin’ Donuts will join fans in celebrating the Great American Eclipse by surprising select members of our social community with a $5 mGift that can be used towards the purchase of a Rainforest Alliance Certified™ Dark Roast Coffee, or any other Dunkin’ favorite. Dunkin’s Dark Roast Coffee, available hot or iced, features a bold flavor and smooth finish, and is a perfect pick-me-up when the sun goes dark during the eclipse. On Monday, August 21st from 12-5 pm EDT, Dunkin’ Donuts will surprise up to 100 of its Twitter followers with a $5 Dunkin’ mGift in celebration of the eclipse.
