Did you know that you can order On-the-Go with the Dunkin’ App? With On-the-Go Ordering, all users of the Dunkin’ Mobile App can simply tap to order ahead, then quickly pick up their items in-store, at the drive-thru or curbside.
Not sure how to use On-the-Go Ordering? Check out step-by-step guides for DD Perks members and guest users below:
1. Download the Dunkin’ App for free on the App Store or Google Play
Upon downloading the app, you can choose to sign up for our DD Perks® Rewards Program. Check out some of the perks of being a DD Perks member here.
2. Click ‘Order’ or ‘Guest Order’ on the home screen
If you’re a DD Perks member, you’ll see ‘Order’, while non-DD Perks members will see ‘Guest Order’.
3. Select a pick-up location and pick-up method
Once you’ve selected a location, you can choose whether you’d like walk in-store to pick up your order, or pick it up via the drive-thru or curbside, where available.
4. Explore the Dunkin’ menu and add items to your cart
It’s easy to customize your favorite food and drinks, just the way you like them.
5. Proceed to checkout and place your order
Guests can conveniently pay with an enrolled Dunkin’ gift card, or a debit or credit card.
6. Pick up your order and enjoy!
Pro tip: DD Perks members can save their favorites and re-order recent purchases to make On-The-Go Ordering even faster.
