New this month, Snoop Dogg is back at it again droppin’ a menu hack like it’s hot. Introducing The Beyond D-O-Double G Sandwich! Inspired by Snoop Dogg’s passion for plant-based protein and love of glazed donuts, Dunkin’ and Snoop have come together to serve an exclusive, limited-time only spin on the Beyond Sausage Sandwich. The Beyond D-O-Double G Sandwich is available for just one week only and features a Beyond Breakfast Sausage™ patty with egg and cheese, served on a sliced glazed donut.
You may be wondering, how do I get my hands on this sweet and savory, Snoop-approved sandwich? All you need it do is order The Beyond D-O- Double G Sandwich at the front counter or drive-thru at participating Dunkin’ shops nationwide from January 13 through January 19.
Not only can fans enjoy that plant-based lifestyle like Snoop, they can also dress like him! Dunkin’ and Snoop have also collaborated on a limited-edition online pop-up shop that will debut later this month. The Beyond Collection by Dunkin’ x Snoop will offer exclusive apparel such as a green tracksuit -- inspired by Snoop’s Employee of the Month outfit– reading “Glazzzed for Days” on the back; joggers with Dunkin’ and Beyond icons that read “Glazzzzy” down the leg; as well as a bomber jacket, sweatshirt, t-shirts and a beanie. Dunkin’: What’s your favorite donut?
Snoop Dogg: A glazed donut is my favorite.
Dunkin’: Why are you all-in on that plant-based, great taste?
Snoop Dogg: I’m all about health in the new year and I really only want the best for me.
Dunkin’: Have you made New Year’s resolutions?
Snoop Dogg: I like to make resolutions everyday, but I do want to stay healthy and continue to spread this healthy message.
Dunkin’: How will you keep yourself running while on route across America?
Snoop Dogg: I try to get good sleep, a little exercise on the road and hit the healthy food options like a Beyond Sausage Sandwich at Dunkin’.
Dunkin’: What words came to mind when you tasted the D-O-Double-G Sandwich?
Snoop Dogg: Sweet and savory.
Dunkin’: What inspired your iconic fashion sense?
Snoop Dogg: No inspiration needed, style came naturally. I stay dipped up from the feet up.
Dunkin’: You have reinvented yourself many times, what is the secret?
Snoop Dogg: It wouldn’t be a secret if I told you.
Dunkin’: What has been the key to your remarkable longevity?
Snoop Dogg: I follow my gut and stay true to the Snoop Dogg way.
Dunkin’: What is your creative process like?
Snoop Dogg: Inhale, exhale.
Dunkin’: What are you most excited about for 2020?
Snoop Dogg: My basketball team winning a ring and a lot of touring around the world.
Dunkin’: Where did the name Snoop Dogg come from?
Snoop Dogg: It was a name my family gave me when I was a little kid. I just added the Dogg.
Dunkin’: What former trend would you like to see make a comeback?
Snoop Dogg: I don’t follow trends, I am the trendsetter.
Dunkin’: What former trend did you embrace and now regret?
Snoop Dogg: No regrets.
Dunkin’: How do you like to spend your free time?
Snoop Dogg: In the studio, hanging with the family and now the grandkids too.
Dunkin’: What’s your go to dance move?
Snoop Dogg: I got a small arsenal of moves and I give them all my own touch.
Dunkin’: What is your favorite animal?
Snoop Dogg: Guess.
Dunkin’: Are you a morning or a night person?
Snoop Dogg: Night person, but I’m up early.
Dunkin’: Where is your favorite place to travel?
Snoop Dogg: I’ve been around the world so many times and met so many great people, it’s hard to pick a favorite. But, I do love going to Brazil.
