Memorial Day is just around the corner, and we’ve got the perfect COOLATTA® cocktail recipe to kick off the warmer weather! Introducing the DIY Pineapple Coolatta Mojito.
Dunkin’s very own Chef Courtney created this new, refreshing cocktail recipe here in the Dunkin’ Test Kitchen, and it’s super easy to make at home. If you are looking for a cool new summer beverage to bring along with you during this weekend’s festivities, this is the drink for you!

One Medium Pineapple Coolatta makes three Mojitos, so it is perfect to share with your friends and family! For an alcohol free version, omit the rum.
Ingredients:
- 1.75 oz. white rum
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- 2 slices of fresh lime
- 8 oz. Pineapple Coolatta
- Cocktail shaker
Instructions:
- Muddle mint and lime slices with the white rum in a cocktail shaker.
- Add 8 oz of Dunkin’ Donuts Pineapple Coolatta.
- Shake well and serve!
- Garnish with a lime, pineapple or mint sprig.
