The holiday season may now officially be here, but everyone has been Cheersin’ with our beloved holiday lattes since early November! To give our guests an exciting new way to celebrate the season with their favorite holiday flavors, our very own Kassi Lugo, Associate Research & Development Technologist here at Dunkin’, whipped up two tasty cocktail recipes using our Gingerbread and Peppermint Mocha Lattes.

Gingerbread Warmer

Ingredients: Makes one serving
- 1 small Hot Gingerbread Latte from Dunkin’
- 1 oz. vodka (plain or vanilla)
- .5 oz. coffee liqueur
- Garnishes: whipped cream, cinnamon sugar, and cinnamon stick
Instructions:
- Pour the Hot Gingerbread Latte into a mug.
- Add the vodka and coffee liqueur, then stir.
- Garnish the mixture with a dollop of whipped cream, a pinch of cinnamon sugar, and a cinnamon stick.
- Sip and enjoy!
Peppermint Mocha Espresso Martini

Ingredients: Makes one serving
- 1 small Iced Peppermint Mocha Latte from Dunkin’ (pro tip: for stronger espresso notes, order an Iced Peppermint Mocha Macchiato)
- .5 oz. vodka
- .5 oz. chocolate liqueur
- Optional: .5 oz. peppermint schnapps
- Garnish: crushed peppermint rim
Instructions (with cocktail shaker):
- Chill a martini glass.
- Prep the garnish by crushing the peppermints into small granules.
- Pour the Iced Peppermint Mocha Latte into a cocktail shaker.
- Add the vodka and chocolate liqueur to the cocktail shaker, then shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Wet the rim of the martini glass with water (or melted chocolate!) and coat it with crushed peppermints.
- Strain the drink into the martini glass.
- Sip and enjoy!
Instructions (without cocktail shaker):
- Chill a martini glass.
- Prep the garnish by crushing the peppermints into small granules.
- Pour the Iced Peppermint Mocha Latte into a mixing glass, straining the ice.
- Add the vodka and chocolate liqueur to the mixing glass, then mix.
- Wet the rim of the martini glass with water (or melted chocolate!) and coat it with crushed peppermints.
- Pour the drink into the martini glass.
- Sip and enjoy!
