Did you know that you can order ahead on the Dunkin’ App? For a contactless and convenient way to order and pay, we recommend guests use the order ahead feature on the Dunkin’ App for pick-up at the drive-thru, in-store for carry-out, or curbside, where available.
Not sure how to order ahead for drive-thru pick-up? Check out a step-by-step guide below:
1. Download the Dunkin’ App for free on the App Store or Google Play
Upon downloading the app, you can choose to sign up for our DD Perks® Rewards Program. Check out some of the perks of being a DD Perks member here.
2. Click ‘Order’ or ‘Guest Order’ on the home screen
If you’re a DD Perks member, you’ll see ‘Order’, while non-DD Perks members will see ‘Guest Order.'
3. Select a pick-up location and pick-up method
Once you’ve selected a location, choose ‘Drive-Thru’ pick-up.
4. Explore the Dunkin’ menu and add items to your cart
It’s easy to customize your favorite food and drinks, just the way you like them.
5. Proceed to checkout and place your order
Guests can pay with an enrolled Dunkin’ gift card, or a debit or credit card.
6. Pick up your order at the drive-thru and enjoy!
Pro tip: DD Perks members can save their favorites and reorder recent purchases to make ordering ahead even faster.
